At GoldWalt, we offer instant delivery of digital gold into your secure account and optional physical delivery of gold coins or bars upon request. This policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and charges.


1. Digital Gold Delivery

  • Instant Credit: All digital gold purchases are credited instantly to your GoldWalt account after successful payment and transaction confirmation.

  • Storage: The gold is stored in secure, insured vaults with our authorized custodian partners.

  • Access: You can view, sell, or gift your digital gold at any time via the GoldWalt mobile app or website.


2. Physical Gold Delivery (Optional)

If you choose to take delivery of your gold in physical form (coins or bars):

2.1 Availability

  • Physical delivery is currently available in select cities across India.

  • Sizes and denominations available will be displayed at the time of request.

2.2 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of confirmation.

  • KYC verification must be completed before dispatch.

2.3 Shipping Partners

  • We use trusted and insured courier services for all deliveries.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

2.4 Shipping Charges

  • Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you confirm the delivery request.

  • Charges may vary based on location, order value, and weight.

2.5 Insurance

  • All shipments are fully insured until they are delivered and signed for by you or your authorized representative.


3. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the promised timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen logistical issues.

  • Regulatory or customs checks.

  • Natural calamities or strikes.

GoldWalt will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control, but we will make every effort to resolve the matter quickly.


4. Non-Delivery

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

  • Upon confirmation of loss/damage, we will either re-ship your order or credit your GoldWalt account with the equivalent digital gold value.


5. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.
