Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases, SIP payments, and physical delivery orders made through GoldWalt.
1. Digital Gold Purchases

All purchases of digital gold are final and non-cancellable once the transaction is successfully completed and the gold is credited to your account.

This is due to the nature of gold price fluctuations in the market.
2. SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) Transactions

Future SIP Payments: You may cancel or pause your SIP at any time to stop future payments.

Past SIP Installments: SIP payments that have already been deducted and converted into gold cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Failed SIP Payments: If a SIP debit fails, we will retry within the grace period. No penalty is charged for skipped installments.
3. Physical Delivery Orders

Cancellation Window: Physical delivery orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched.

Cancellation Charges: Processing and conversion fees (if any) will be deducted before refunding.

Dispatched Orders: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned only if damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds for Failed or Disputed Transactions
Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

Payment Debited but Gold Not Credited – If your payment is successful but gold is not credited to your account due to a technical issue.

Duplicate Payments – If you accidentally make the same payment twice.

Order Failure – If your physical delivery order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability.
5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Processing timelines:

UPI / Wallet: 2–3 business days

Bank Transfer / Net Banking: 3–5 business days

Card Payments: 5–7 business days

In some cases, timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. No Refund in Case of Price Fluctuation
Gold prices are determined by live market rates and are subject to change. We do not offer refunds or adjustments for price changes after a purchase.
